Jeremy Crawford

Jeremy Crawford is the lead rules designer of Dungeons & Dragons, in addition to being the game’s managing editor. He led design of the Player’s Handbook and co-led design of a variety of other D&D books, including the Dungeon Master’s Guide, Xanathar’s Guide to Everything, and Mordenkainen’s Tome of Foes. Before coming to Wizards of the Coast, he wrote for the games Blue Rose, Warhammer Fantasy Roleplay, and Mutants & Masterminds.

Julia Dennis

Julia Dennis was raised in Ellicott City, Maryland before moving to New York City to study acting. After 10 years of National Tours, regional theater, commercials, a movie, and smaller roles for TV shows on ABC and FOX she decided to pick up and move out West with her husband, actor Tommy Walker. Since being in L.A., she has worked on short films with Doug Petrie, picked up playing D&D, bought a house and just rescued a dog named Loretta Lynn!

Ed Greenwood

Ed Greenwood is a Canadian writer, game designer, and librarian best known for creating The Forgotten Realms fantasy world, starting at age six; he still works on the Realms every day, more than fifty years later. Ed's 300-plus books have sold millions of copies worldwide in over three dozen languages. Ed was elected to the Academy of Adventure Gaming Art & Design Hall of Fame in 2003, and has won multiple ENNIE, Origins and other awards. He has judged the World Fantasy Awards and the Sunburst Awards, hosted radio shows, acted onstage, explored caves, jousted, and been Santa Claus—but not all on the same day. Ed is at work on Stormtalons and many world settings of his creation; for more, peek at his website. For his decades of work on his local library board, he was awarded the Order of Cramahe in 2017.

Taliesin Jaffe

Taliesin Jaffe began his career as a child actor appearing in films such as Mr. Mom, 2010 and Explorers, and television series including The Facts of Life, St. Elsewhere, and She’s the Sheriff. Since then he has worked as an ADR director for projects such as Hellsing, BECK, Romeo X Juliet, Street Fighter IV, and Ultimate Marvel vs. Capcom 3. He has also worked as a voice actor, lending his voice to characters such as Blanka in Street Fighter, Darion Mograine in World of Warcraft, Thancred in Final Fantasy XIV, and Basil Hawkins in One Piece to name just a few. Taliesin has recently played Ga’nar in Lords of War and The Flash in Injustice 2. Currently you can watch him Wednesdays on The Wednesday Club.

Ashley Johnson

Ashley Johnson started her career at a very young age and has continued to work as a film, television and voice actor. Her various television roles include Growing Pains, Dollhouse, Dirt, The Killing and Drunk History, as well as the films, What Women Want, Fast Food Nation, Avengers, Joss Whedon’s Much Ado About Nothing and The Help. She’s worked on many animation series, including Recess, King of the Hill, Gwen on Ben 10 Alien Force, Terra on Teen Titans and Renet on Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. As for her video game roles, you can hear her as Petra in Minecraft: Storymode, Gerti in Tales from the Borderlands, The Witness, LEGO Marvel’s Avengers and The Last Of Us, in which she won two BAFTA awards for her portrayal as Ellie.

Scott Kurtz

Scott Kurtz is an Eisner and Harvey award-winning cartoonist living in Seattle, Washington. He helped pioneer webcomics with his daily feature, PvP which debuted in May of 1998. Since then Scott has co-authored a book on making webcomics, co-created and produced several animated web-series and launched a second ongoing webcomic, Table Titans.

The Library Bards

The Library Bards are a nerd parody band consisting of Bonnie Gordon (ABC's The Quest, R. Mika in Street Fighter V, Silque in Fire Emblem Echoes, Shield of Tomorrow) and Xander Jeanneret (TBS' King of the Nerds, Sagas of Sundry: Madness, We're Alive: Frontier). They take Top 40 hits and transform them into the nerdy versions they should have been in the first place! With their catchy tunes and nerdy lyrics, the @LibraryBards will be bringing you into the #BardLife in no time!

Matthew Lillard

Matthew Lillard, a veteran of both stage and screen, is well known for his performances in over 50 films and television shows over the last 20 years. With titles like Scream, The Descendants and Scooby Doo 1 & 2, Lillard is associated with a number of Hollywood Box Office hits totaling over $800 million dollars in revenue worldwide. He received critical success with independent titles SLC Punk! and Ed Burn’s The Groomsmen and debuted three films at the acclaimed Sundance Film Festival.

Chris Lindsay

Chris Lindsay began his love affair with Dungeons & Dragons as a wee lad in the early ‘80s. In 2010 Chris joined the D&D brand team and is currently the product manager for Dungeons & Dragons as well as the head of the D&D Adventurers League and the architect for the Dungeon Masters Guild, and Guild Adept program. Chris has been known to hop in front of a camera now and again, originally for ExtraLife charity events, and more currently on Maze Arcana’s Peanut Gallery, and as a Dungeon Master during the Stream of Annihilation. Chris can also be seen handing out DM advice on Geek & Sundry’s Epic Homebrews episode of GM Tips with Satine Phoenix.

Joe Manganiello

Joe Manganiello is an actor, a producer, a director, a published author, an Emmy winning narrator, and a lifelong D&D enthusiast. He earned a BFA in acting from The Carnegie Mellon University School of Drama before going on to become known for his roles in True Blood, the Magic Mike movies, Sam Raimi's Spider-ManPee Wee's Big HolidaySabotageWhat to Expect When You're Expecting, and most recently his arc on Critical Role. His book Evolution has been printed in several languages and is available through Simon & Schuster's Gallery Books. He can next be seen in the films Drunk Parents with Alec Baldwin, Rampage with Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson, Stano which he is producing through his company 3:59, and as Arkhan in Force Grey Season 2. He serves on the board of trustees for Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh.

Clint McElroy

Clint McElroy has dodged Death for 62 years, 10 months, and 6 days as of this event. He intends to continue dodging. He has fooled numerous bosses into providing him with a 43-year career in Broadcasting. He intends to continue fooling them. He has fathered three children (Justin, Travis and Griffin)... and when it comes to bringing new life into this world, is pretty sure the barn door is shut behind that horse.

Travis McElroy

Travis McElroy is a full-time Podcast Host/Producer who works on way more projects than he has time for. He started podcasting in 2010 with the comedy advice show My Brother, My Brother and Me. Since then, he has gone on to co-host The Adventure Zone, Shmanners, Run: A Doctor Who Fancast, The Kind Rewind, Bunker Buddies, Trends Like These, Til Death Do Us Blart, Interrobang with Travis and Tybee, The McElroy Brothers Will Be In Trolls 2, Can I Pet Your Dog, and Surprisingly Nice. He and his brothers also adapted MBMBaM into a similarly titled television show on VRV.co.

Mike Mearls

Mike Mearls works as the Creative Director on the D&D team. He led the development of the fifth edition rules and oversees the development of new campaigns, worlds, and rules for the game. Other RPGs he has worked on include Feng Shui, Unknown Armies, Vampire, and Warhammer FRP. He’s been a D&D player since the early 1980s. His other interests include the fiction of Clark Ashton Smith and Fritz Leiber, the films of Quentin Tarantino, and video games such as Destiny and Halo.

Matthew Mercer

Matthew Mercer is a Los Angeles-based actor/voice actor known for his roles in animation and video games such as McCree in Overwatch, Cor in Final Fantasy XV, Jack Cooper in Titanfall 2, Yusuke in Persona 5, Deadshot in Injustice 2, MacCready in Fallout 4, Leon Kennedy in Resident Evil 6, Resident Evil: Damnation, and Resident Evil: Vendetta, Captain Levi in Attack on Titan, Aloth & Edér in Pillars of Eternity, Gangplank and Kindred (Wolf) in League of Legends, Rexxar, Nefarian, and Ragnaros in Hearthstone, Rehgar and Ragnaros in Heroes of the Storm, Cicero Gavar in Masquerada: Songs and Shadows, Chrom in Fire Emblem: Awakening, and many other projects you are welcome to look up online. Matthew is also the Dungeon Master for the hit Twitch show Critical Role on Geek & Sundry, where he runs a group of other accomplished voice actors through a campaign of Dungeons & Dragons live Thursdays at 7pm Pacific.

Jason Charles Miller

Jason Charles Miller is an accomplished and multi-faceted performer, with more than two decades of professional experience as a musician, songwriter, singer and voice actor. Originally from Clifton, VA, Jason now lives in Los Angeles, CA where he owns and runs the successful recording complex, Central Command Studios. Jason has co-written songs with artists Marilyn Manson, Billy Ray Cyrus, Ben Moody [Evanescence], Chuck Goff [Toby Keith Band], Jeordie White [Nine Inch Nails], Driver Williams [Eric Church Band], Otherwise, Rev Theory and living legend Paul Anka. Songs he's written can currently be heard on HBO’s True Blood and Hung, WWE Smackdown, The NFL Today, Dateline NBC, and the wildly popular web series The Guild, Co-Optitude, Signal Boost, Dick and Johnson, The New Adventures of Peter and Wendy and Critical Role. As a solo artist, Jason has opened for country greats Alan Jackson, Toby Keith, Gary Allan, Eric Church, Justin Moore, Big Kenny of Big and Rich, and Jerrod Niemann. Miller is also widely recognized as the frontman and founder of the rock band Godhead, the only band ever signed to Marilyn Manson’s Posthuman Records. As a voice actor, he has appeared in over 100 animated productions and video games. Jason is the host of the popular Geek & Sundry show “Starter Kit,” a show that teaches celebrities how to play role playing games.

Marisha Ray

Marisha Ray is a performer, voice actor, and uber-nerd based out of Los Angeles. Every Thursday you can watch her roll dice and role-play as Keyleth on Geek & Sundry’s Critical Role; you can hear her in Persona 4 (Margaret); Legend of Heroes: Trails of Cold Steel (Laura); Star Wars: Battlefront (Stormtrooper), Metal Gear: Phantom Pain (Diamond Dog), as well as see her in Signal Boost (Host/Producer) Batgirl: Spoiled (Batgirl/ Stephanie Brown), Super Power Beat Down (Host), and Walk of Shame (Not a Working Girl) just to name a few. Marisha got her start in theater on the East Coast, working and training at companies such as the Actors Theatre of Louisville, American Academy of the Dramatic Arts, Point Park University Conservatory of Performing Arts, and the Governor's School for the Arts. She is also an avid gamer! At the age of three, she could beat anyone in a round of Mario Bros., including her father. She carries this love for gaming and geek culture into much of her hosting, comedy, and writing career.

Sam Riegel

Sam Riegel is a veteran voice actor, writer and voice director of cartoons, video games and anime series. Notable animation roles include Donatello in the 2003 Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, Emperor Awesome on Wander Over Yonder, Shiro Emiya in Fate/Stay Night, Viral in Gurren Lagann, Mephisto in Blue Exorcist, and Metal Bat in One Punch Man. Video game characters include Peter Parker/Spiderman in The Amazing Spiderman games, Starscream in Transformers War for Cybertron & Fall of Cybertron, Teddie in the Persona series, Chris Haversam in Fallout New Vegas, Zed in Ratchet & Clank, roles in Last of Us, World of Final Fantasy, Uncharted 4, Shadow of Mordor, and everyone’s favorite attorney, Phoenix Wright.

Sam also serves as voice director for Disney’s DuckTales, Sofia The First, Pickle & Peanut, Elena of Avalor, and Fancy Nancy, as well as Danger & Eggs for Amazon and Unikitty! for Cartoon Network. Sam occasionally co-hosts a drunken podcast with Liam O’Brien called All Work No Play.

Nathan Stewart is the Director of Dungeons & Dragons and oversees the talented team of wizards who deliver amazing adventures for millions of fans around the world. He joined Wizards of the Coast in 2012 to help lead the franchise into the future by expanding the brand blueprint into video games, movies and new entertainment. Lauren "OboeCrazy" Urban

Lauren "OboeCrazy" Urban is a professional classical musician, performing on oboe and English horn all over the Seattle area. When she's not playing a bard in real life she's playing the role of DM for anyone and everyone over the last decade. For the past four years she has organized and ran live D&D games at RTX in Austin to raise money for Child's Play, and from those games a podcast was created! Dungeon Drunks is a liveplay D&D game posted as a weekly podcast that offers adventure, humor, and drink recommendations.

Ivan Van Norman

Ivan Van Norman iIvan Van Norman is a Host/Publisher/Executive Producer in the Hobby Tabletop Gaming and New Media World. Appearing on the behalf of Geek & Sundry, Smosh Games, C.net, Geek.com, Wizards of the Coast, and other great companies. Ivan is known for his unique form storytelling and has been declared a "Master of Suspense" from his peers and players due to his work inside the Horror RPG genre. He also plays board games like it is his job (because it kinda is).

His publishing company, Hunters Books, is known for Artbooks, RPG’s, and board games. Hunters is responsible for the Award Winning Titles Outbreak: Undead, the ABCs of RPGs, and Chronicles of Exandria: Tales of Vox Machina - A Critical Role Artbook.

Tommy Walker

Tommy Walker is an actor, originally from the East Coast but now resides in North Hollywood, CA with his wife, actress Julia Dennis. He just got back from 7 weeks in Puerto Rico shooting a new action/thriller called Primal starring Nicolas Cage and Famke Janssen. He met Deborah Ann Woll on the set of Daredevil (Netflix) and he’s been playing D&D on a team with her for almost two years!

Kate Welch

Kate Welch is the newest game designer on Dungeons & Dragons, a baby wizard if ever there was one. Previously, she worked as a designer for ArenaNet, Double Fine, and Amazon Game Studios. As one of the core members of Acquisitions Inc: The “C” Team, Kate plays the fiery lightfoot halfling monk, Rosie Beestinger.

Travis Willingham

Travis Willingham has amassed over 200 roles in video games, original animation projects, and anime. He is most widely known in the world of anime as Roy Mustang in both Fullmetal Alchemist series. Other credits include One Piece, Naruto, Bleach, Tiger & Bunny, D.Gray-Man, Mushishi, and Ouran Host Club. Since 2010, Travis has provided the voice of Thor in Marvel’s hit original series Ultimate Spider-Man, Avengers Assemble, HULK and the Agents of SMASH, and Guardians of the Galaxy on Disney XD. You can also hear his singing voice as King Roland II in Disney Jr’s series Sofia the First, and as Cannonbolt in Ben 10 and Knuckles the Echidna in SEGA’s Sonic Boom on Cartoon Network. Deborah Ann Woll

Brooklynite Deborah Ann Woll is a graduate of USC's BFA Acting program. She began her career on the highly acclaimed HBO series True Blood as the fiery baby vamp, Jessica. She can now be seen starring as Karen Page on Marvel’s Daredevil for Netflix.
