Talis: Unchosen White Dragon Whisperer
Female Half-Moon Elf: Talis is charismatic and hard-working, and her knowledge of dragons—particularly white dragons—rivals Severin’s knowledge of red dragons. Everyone was expecting her to take her place in the cult’s leadership; she has powerful friends, and they are not pleased with Severin’s decision to give the mask to his dwarf friend, Varram. She preaches traditionalism, arguing that Severin has lost sight of what really matters and just wants glory for himself.
