1. INFORMATION WIZARDS COLLECTS OR RECEIVES
Non-Personal Information. Wizards uses tools and other analytical software to automatically collect and use certain non-personal information that does not directly identify you. "Non-Personal Information" may include, but is not limited to, the following: (a) device software platform and firmware; (b) mobile carrier; (c) geographical data such as zip code, area code and location (see Geolocation, below); and (d) other non-personal data as reasonably required by Wizards to enhance Dragon+ and other Wizards' games and services.
Financial Information: Wizards does not collect financial information directly from you through Dragon+. Please contact your Platform Marketplace to understand how they collect, use, and store your Financial Information. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Wizards may receive Financial Information from your Platform Marketplace as it relates to purchases made through Dragon+.
Children Under 13: Wizards does not knowingly collect Personal Information or Financial Information from persons under the age of 13. Users who are 13 years of age or younger must not attempt to submit any such information to Wizards. If it comes to Wizards' attention that Personal Information or Financial Information has been collected from a person 13 years of age or younger, Wizards will delete this information as quickly as possible. If you believe that Wizards may have collected such information from or about a child 13 years of age or younger, please contact Wizards' customer service at http://wizards.custhelp.com/.
2. HOW WIZARDS COLLECTS INFORMATION
Wizards uses analytic tools from our partner Flurry Analytics to collect, use, store, and transmit device-related information regarding your use of Dragon+ and technical data. 3. HOW WIZARDS SHARES YOUR INFORMATION
Wizards will never sell any of your information nor disclose it to data brokers. However, Wizards may share your Non-Personal Information, Personal Information, and Financial Information (Personal Information and Financial Information will only be disclosed when necessary to facilitate a request made by you) with its related entities including its parent company and third parties. Wizards will take all reasonable steps to ensure the applicable third party adequately protects your information.
Wizards may disclose Non-Personal Information, Personal Information, and Financial Information in the good faith belief that it is required to do so by law including, but not limited to, disclosure to law enforcement or other government officials in connection with an investigation of fraud, intellectual property infringements, or other activity that is illegal or may expose you or Wizards to legal liability.
In the event of a merger, acquisition, reorganization, bankruptcy, or other similar event, Wizards' customer information may be transferred to Wizards' successor or assign, if permitted by and done in accordance with applicable law.
4. HOW WIZARDS USES YOUR INFORMATION
Wizards uses your Non-Personal Information, Personal Information, and Financial Information for various reasons including to: (a) deliver you content; (b) send you communications that you have requested to receive; (c) facilitate your customer service requests; (d) deliver localized advertisements and promotions; and (e) understand how you use Dragon+ and how Wizards can improve its games and services.
Globally Unique Identifiers: Wizards may generate globally unique identifiers ("GUIDS") to assist it in analyzing Non-Personal Information, providing geo-centric advertising, for storing saved game data, and facilitating the generation and redemption of promotional codes. GUIDS have no meaning outside of Wizards and will not be disclosed to third parties except as necessary to facilitate a promotion, assist in responding to a customer service request, or to run certain functions of the game.
5. HOW WIZARDS STORES YOUR INFORMATION
The security, integrity, and confidentiality of your information are extremely important to Wizards. Wizards has industry standard technical, administrative, and physical security measures that are designed to protect your information from unauthorized access, disclosure, use, and modification. From time to time, we review our security procedures to consider appropriate new technology and methods. Please be aware though that, despite Wizards' efforts, no security measures are perfect or impenetrable.
Wizards may send you messages regarding Dragon+ and other advertising and offerings. Depending upon your device and platform, you may also elect to receive push notifications. You may choose to "opt-in" to receive these communications, but may also “opt-out” through your device’s settings.
8. YOUR CALIFORNIA PRIVACY RIGHTS
California residents may request a list of all third parties to which Wizards has disclosed certain Personal Information for their direct marketing purposes. You may make one request per calendar year. In your request, please attest to the fact that you are a California resident and provide a current California address for your response.
