Wizards of the Coast LLC, and its parent company, Hasbro, Inc. (collectively, "Wizards"), care about privacy and have developed this Dragon+ Privacy Policy to explain how we collect, use and store your information. This Dragon+ Privacy Policy applies solely to Dragon+, its websites and applications, and not to any other Wizards’ websites, games or applications. Device and third party marketplace privacy policies where you may download Dragon+ are governed by the applicable. Please see those platforms' websites to understand how they collect, use, and store your information.

This Dragon+ Privacy Policy and the ESRB certification seal shown above confirm that Wizards is a valid licensee, and participating member, of the Entertainment Software Rating Board’s Privacy Certified Program (“ESRB”). To protect your privacy, we have voluntarily undertaken this privacy initiative and have had our privacy practices reviewed and certified by ESRB Privacy Certified to meet established online information collection and use practices. As a licensee of this program, we are subject to frequent audits of our games and other enforcement and accountability mechanisms administered independently by the ESRB.

1. INFORMATION WIZARDS COLLECTS OR RECEIVES

Non-Personal Information. Wizards uses tools and other analytical software to automatically collect and use certain non-personal information that does not directly identify you. "Non-Personal Information" may include, but is not limited to, the following: (a) device software platform and firmware; (b) mobile carrier; (c) geographical data such as zip code, area code and location (see Geolocation, below); and (d) other non-personal data as reasonably required by Wizards to enhance Dragon+ and other Wizards' games and services.

Personal Information: Wizards automatically collects and uses certain device-related information for the support of our internal operations and analytics purposes. This information may include, but is not limited to, device properties including your IP address, unique device identifier or other persistent or non-persistent device identifier. With the exception of the device-related information aforementioned, Wizards does not collect your name, email, address or other personally identifiable information ("Personal Information") through Dragon+, but we may collect Personal Information when you create a Wizards' account or contact Wizards' customer service. Please review the Wizards' general privacy policy, located at http://company.wizards.com/policies/web/privacy. Wizards may also receive Personal Information from your platform marketplace (e.g. Google Play, Apple App Store, etc.) ("Platform Marketplace"). Any Personal Information collected by Wizards, or received from your Platform Marketplace, will be treated as confidential.

Financial Information: Wizards does not collect financial information directly from you through Dragon+. Please contact your Platform Marketplace to understand how they collect, use, and store your Financial Information. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Wizards may receive Financial Information from your Platform Marketplace as it relates to purchases made through Dragon+.

Geolocation: To the extent Wizards makes location enabled services available to you through Dragon+, and you use such services, Wizards may collect and process your location data to provide location related services and advertisements for Wizards products. For example, loading screens within Dragon+ may contain location-centric content. Your geolocation is not accessed without your consent. To the extent Wizards makes your geolocation available to third parties, it will be done so in accordance with this Dragon+ Privacy Policy.

Children Under 13: Wizards does not knowingly collect Personal Information or Financial Information from persons under the age of 13. Users who are 13 years of age or younger must not attempt to submit any such information to Wizards. If it comes to Wizards' attention that Personal Information or Financial Information has been collected from a person 13 years of age or younger, Wizards will delete this information as quickly as possible. If you believe that Wizards may have collected such information from or about a child 13 years of age or younger, please contact Wizards' customer service at http://wizards.custhelp.com/.

2. HOW WIZARDS COLLECTS INFORMATION

Wizards uses analytic tools from our partner Flurry Analytics to collect, use, store, and transmit device-related information regarding your use of Dragon+ and technical data. 3. HOW WIZARDS SHARES YOUR INFORMATION

Wizards will never sell any of your information nor disclose it to data brokers. However, Wizards may share your Non-Personal Information, Personal Information, and Financial Information (Personal Information and Financial Information will only be disclosed when necessary to facilitate a request made by you) with its related entities including its parent company and third parties. Wizards will take all reasonable steps to ensure the applicable third party adequately protects your information.

Wizards may disclose Non-Personal Information, Personal Information, and Financial Information in the good faith belief that it is required to do so by law including, but not limited to, disclosure to law enforcement or other government officials in connection with an investigation of fraud, intellectual property infringements, or other activity that is illegal or may expose you or Wizards to legal liability.

In the event of a merger, acquisition, reorganization, bankruptcy, or other similar event, Wizards' customer information may be transferred to Wizards' successor or assign, if permitted by and done in accordance with applicable law.

4. HOW WIZARDS USES YOUR INFORMATION

Wizards uses your Non-Personal Information, Personal Information, and Financial Information for various reasons including to: (a) deliver you content; (b) send you communications that you have requested to receive; (c) facilitate your customer service requests; (d) deliver localized advertisements and promotions; and (e) understand how you use Dragon+ and how Wizards can improve its games and services.

Globally Unique Identifiers: Wizards may generate globally unique identifiers ("GUIDS") to assist it in analyzing Non-Personal Information, providing geo-centric advertising, for storing saved game data, and facilitating the generation and redemption of promotional codes. GUIDS have no meaning outside of Wizards and will not be disclosed to third parties except as necessary to facilitate a promotion, assist in responding to a customer service request, or to run certain functions of the game.

5. HOW WIZARDS STORES YOUR INFORMATION

The security, integrity, and confidentiality of your information are extremely important to Wizards. Wizards has industry standard technical, administrative, and physical security measures that are designed to protect your information from unauthorized access, disclosure, use, and modification. From time to time, we review our security procedures to consider appropriate new technology and methods. Please be aware though that, despite Wizards' efforts, no security measures are perfect or impenetrable.

6. OPT-IN

Wizards may send you messages regarding Dragon+ and other advertising and offerings. Depending upon your device and platform, you may also elect to receive push notifications. You may choose to "opt-in" to receive these communications, but may also “opt-out” through your device’s settings.

7. CHANGES TO THIS DRAGON+ PRIVACY POLICY

Wizards reserves the right to change this Dragon+ Privacy Policy at any time. After making updates, we will revise the “Last Updated” date at the top of this Dragon+ Privacy Policy. Please check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of Dragon+ after such a change constitutes your acceptance of the change. Notwithstanding the foregoing, any changes to this Dragon+ Privacy Policy will not diminish the ways in which Wizards protects your information. If we make any material changes in the way we collect, use or share your Personal Information, we will notify you by prominently posting notice with the updated version of the App.

8. YOUR CALIFORNIA PRIVACY RIGHTS

California residents may request a list of all third parties to which Wizards has disclosed certain Personal Information for their direct marketing purposes. You may make one request per calendar year. In your request, please attest to the fact that you are a California resident and provide a current California address for your response.
